Cody’s Auto Diagnostics and Programming LLC

Cody’s Auto Diagnostics and Programming LLC provides professional mobile programming and diagnostic services to automotive repair facilities in and around Tucson, Arizona. By scheduling service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below:
1. Services Provided
We offer on-site automotive services including:
- Electronic module programming (OEM & aftermarket)
- Key and immobilizer programming
- Diagnostics and scan tool support
- OEM software configuration
- ADAS calibration readiness assistance (pre- and post-programming only)
2. Fees & Scheduling
- A minimum service fee applies to all visits.
- Prepayment or card on file is required to confirm an appointment.
- Cancellations within 2 hours of your scheduled time will result in a $150 late cancellation fee.
- If the vehicle is not ready (dead battery, inaccessible location, modules not installed, etc.), a $150 show-up fee will be charged.
- Work that cannot be completed due to part issues, wiring problems, or incomplete preparation remains billable.
3. Vehicle Readiness
To ensure successful service, the following must be completed before our technician arrives:
- Battery is fully charged and in working condition
- Vehicle is safely accessible and protected from weather
- All required modules are installed and capable of communication
- Any VINs, injector or security codes, or VSP/NASTF documentation is available
- A grounded power outlet is accessible within 25 feet (if required)
4. Results & Limitations
- Services are billed for procedures performed, not for guaranteed results.
- Programming does not fix unrelated mechanical or electrical issues.
- No refunds will be issued for programming customer-supplied or used parts.
- We are not responsible for failures due to vehicle condition, wiring faults, power supply issues, or module incompatibility.
5. Legal & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pima County, Arizona. The prevailing party may recover legal fees associated with enforcement.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or receiving services from Cody’s Auto Diagnostics and Programming, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
